A deposit of £150.00 is required when booking our villa. As soon as the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non refundable. The balance of the rental costs will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your vacation commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque, banker’s draft, and cash in GB pounds or in cash US Dollars.
A security deposit of £200.00 is required to be paid along with your balance payment to guard against any damage to our Holiday Villa during your occupancy. The deposit is returned to you, less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage after your holiday has ended. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of his or her party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met. All cheques should be made payable to Mr C Frost.
The use of the in closet safe is offered to guests free of charge. The owners will not be held responsible for any loss of theft from the safe.
Should a cancellation be necessary then your deposit will be lost. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost. We strongly advise you to take out holiday / travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed. – this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control. If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due then I reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In the event of a cancellation then any security deposit already paid will be returned to the client.
Our holiday villa is usually ready for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated promptly by 11am on the day of departure. Over occupancy of our villa will not be permitted and is an infringement of Florida State Fire Regulations.
Our holiday villa is located on a very nice residential estate and some of our neighbours are Florida residents. We ask that you act in a considerate and courteous manner to our neighbours. We expect you to have fun, but we also request that noise be kept to a minimum during early mornings and late evenings, particularly around the patio and pool area.
In the event of any problems what so ever the total liability of Mr C Frost trading as 449 Belfry Drive will be solely limited to the rental amount paid by the client.
Pools and Pool Heating:
Please note that the swimming pool is a free facility included along with
the rental of our villa. Only the heating for the pool is charged for and
this cost will be refunded pro rata if for any reason the pool heater
malfunctions. Our management company immediately when reported will assess
liability for the malfunction. In occasional severe winter conditions it is
possible that the pool heater may not be able to maintain the water at a
temperature of 80 degrees – this does NOT constitute a malfunction.
The cost of pool heat is £10 or $16 per day made payable directly to our management company. Pool heat activation will commence on receipt of all monies due and will be turned on/off by a member of our management company.
Our rental home is maintained by our local management company. All breakages, accidents, problems and or losses must be reported to the local management as soon as they occur so that the can be attended to. Access to the rental home may be required by authorised maintenance personnel during your stay.
Swimming pools are great fun and few people would choose a holiday home without one. However they are an obvious source of DANGER especially for young children but we can not accept any liability what so ever for any injury caused as a result of using our swimming pool. You are particularly advised NEVER to allow children to use the pool unsupervised.
Smoking indoors is not permitted in our villa. Smoking is allowed in the garden, patio and pool areas. Pets are not permitted in our villa.
